  • ¿How does the process of booking our rental apartments in Barcelona work?

    The booking process is simple and fast with Arts Apartments, and it should always be done via the web. Please read our "How to book” section.

  • ¿How do I pay for the booking?

    When Arts Apartments confirms the apartment availability (booking must be confirmed on the website), the customer must prepay 25% of the total reservation by credit card. This will be done through the secure server credit card processing or Paypal, as indicated at the end of the booking request.

    The remaining 75%, as well as additional services and deposit, must be submitted by cash or card upon arrival at the apartment.

  • ¿Do I have to pay a deposit for the apartment?

    Yes, a deposit should be paid upon arrival at the apartment in Barcelona. The minimum amount is 200 Euros, but it depends on the selected apartment. Please see the deposit amount assigned to your apartment.

  • ¿How do I cancel my booking?

    If you want to cancel your booking, we will refund 100% of the money paid if the cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to the arrival at the apartment. If the cancellation is made within 15 days prior to the date of arrival at the apartment, you will not be refunded.

    If the customer cancels a fully prepaid reservation, you may have a cancellation charge. If the booking is canceled 15 or more days prior to the arrival date, we will refund 100% of the paid amount, but if the cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the arrival, the amount will be refunded discounting the cost of the first night. In case of circumstances beyond the control of the customer or force majeure, the percentages indicated above shall apply.

  • ¿What happens if I break something?

    We request you to contact Arts Apartments as soon as possible if something has been broken by accident, so we can fix or change the object and to decide if the bill should be footed.

  • ¿What are the arrival and departure timings?

    The apartment will be available at 15:00. The check out time is 11:00. If you need to leave later or arrive earlier, inform us prior to your arrival and we will do our best to fulfill your wishes.

  • ¿How do I get the keys of the apartment?

    On arrival at the apartment in Barcelona, a member of Arts Apartments will welcome you, give you the keys of the apartment and show you the apartment.

  • ¿Can I drink tap water?

    Water in Barcelona is clean and safe to drink within the city. However, in some areas it contains more sodium and it can taste a bit bitter to some people. Generally, we advise guests to buy bottled water at the supermarket.

  • ¿Who can help me if I need help or information during my stay?

    An Arts Apartments agent will be available to assist you during our office hours for any information by calling the telephone number indicated on our website. We are also reachable outside office hours in case of emergency.

  • ¿Do I need an adapter to use electrical devices in the apartment?

    European electrical devices do not require any adapter in the apartment, except for those coming from the United Kingdom. If you want to use other devices you brought (from outside Europe), you will need an adapter.
