STEP 1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
. Using the Arts Apartments availability calendar you can quickly check which apartments are available for the dates you want. Choose arrival and departure dates, the number of people and the area you would like to stay and you will receive a list of apartments and can continue your reservation. 
. You can also directly select an apartment and check on the individual calendar which dates it is available.

STEP 2. PRICE CALCULATION
. Once you have decided on the dates and the apartment you want to reserve, continue by clicking on "Reserve".
. Check on the next page that the dates and the number of people are correct. If you are coming with babies please let us know so that we can provide a cot. Click on "Next".
. Please indicate if you need a cot or additional cleaning service and click on "Calculate" to obtain the total price of the reservation.
. If the price is right click on "Next" to continue with your reservation.

STEP 3. RESERVATION
. First fill in the online form. The fields marked with an asterisk are obligatory. Confirm and go to the payment page.
. If you would like to have car parking available during your stay please write a note in the comments section.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE USE OF A PARKING PLACE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION TOGETHER WITH THE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION
. Once we have received your personal details, we will confirm your reservation within a period of 24 hours. The rental contract should be signed when you arrive at your Arts Apartments apartment in Barcelona.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE MINIMUM STAY IS 3 DAYS

STEP 4. PAYMENT
. When you receive confirmation of the availability of the apartment, you pay 25% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERCATION. You can pay by credit card using the secure PayPal facility. If you send us your card details on the website, all information will be transferred to a secure server to guarantee the privacy of your details.
. The prepayment is necessary to complete your reservation. The remaining 75% must be paid IN CASH on arrival at the apartment.
. Important note: your reservation will be COMPLETELY VALID once the 25% has been charged to your card and you have received our confirmation.
. Once your card payment has been authorised, we will send you confirmat6ion of your reservation along with information about arrival, departure and the rules of the accommodation.
. The additional parking service is subject to availability. Together with your reservation confirmation we will send you confirmation of your request for parking.
. Please bear in mind that the 25% prepayment of the total amount will not be returned in case of cancellation. In the case of completely prepaid reservations, please read the cancellation conditions.

STEP 5. OUR CONDITIONS OF USE
Please read carefully all the conditions of use related to your stay in our apartments given that all confirmation and reservations are made according to these conditions.
