One you have completed your reservation you will receive confirmation by e-mail.
In this e-mail Arts Apartments includes all the information you will need for your arrival in Barcelona:
. The location and address of the apartment
. The contact telephone number for Arts Apartments so that you can call to confirm your arrival in Barcelona
Please reply to this mail as soon as possible confirming your arrival time in Barcelona, so that we can arrange to meet you at the apartment with the keys, etc.
Should there be any change to the arrival time, you can contact us on the telephone number that appears in the confirmation e-mail. Arrivals later than 9pm may be subject to a surcharge of ?30.
