. If you need to cancel a completely prepaid reservation the cost will vary according to the number of days between the cancellation and your planned arrival date:
- 90 or more days before arrival: 20% of the total
- 60-89 days before: 30% of the total
- 30-59 of the total: 50% of the total
- Less than 30 days before: 100% of the total

Where the circumstances are outside your control or for force majeur the percentages above will be equally applied.

.. If the customer changes their reservation dates, this will be considered to be a new reservation and the cancellation conditions will be applied.
. If Arts Apartments cannot offer the customer the APARTMENT they have reserved, Arts Apartments has the right to accommodate the customer in an alternative APARTMENT with similar characteristics.
. If an agreement cannot be reached both parties have the right to cancel the contract. In this case Arts Apartments shall refund the customer all payments made to date (except the part which corresponds to any stay which has already been made, where this is the case). Arts Apartments shall not be responsible for any further claims or demands from the customer.
. We recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy.

In any case of cancellation, including that for reasons of force majeur, the cancellation conditions which are clearly stated here shall be applied.
